Where Disney Infinity 2.0 was heavy in Marvel superhero themed play sets, Disney Infinity 3.0 is going to be heavy in Star Wars themed play sets. Based on what we’ve seen there are going to be a total of 3 Star Wars play sets; Twilight of the Republic, Rise Against the Empire, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Disney Infinity has recently revealed that characters from the popular animated TV series Star Wars Rebels will be joining Disney Infinity 3.0. Kanan Jarrus, Ezra Bridger, Zeb Orrelios and Sabine Wren will be joining other Star Wars, Marvel, Disney and Disney•Pixar characters in Toy Box 3.0.

Additionally, all characters are going to be unlockable within each Star Wars Play Set.
